Payment Requirement: All orders made through our website must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery.

Order Acceptance: Please be aware that all orders are subject to acceptance by Lifestorey Prestige.

Non-Refundable Deposit: Kindly note that any deposit paid is non-refundable.

Pricing and Additional Packing: The prices specified on the order pertain to delivery within Singapore and do not include additional packing. If additional packing is required, such as for export or other reasons, extra charges will apply, and these charges will be determined by Lifestorey Prestige.

Additional Delivery Charges: Lifestorey Prestige retains the right to impose additional charges on the buyer if additional delivery costs are incurred. These charges may encompass expenses related to using a crane for lifting goods into place or additional labor needed for manual transportation up stairwells.

Tariffs and Duties: It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any additional tariffs or duties imposed by the authorities.

Outstanding Balances: Before the delivery date, all outstanding balances on the order must be settled. Lifestorey Prestige reserves the right to levy additional delivery charges if the client’s location is not prepared to receive the goods at the time of delivery.

Deposit Payment Deadline: Lifestorey Prestige reserves the right to cancel the sales order if the deposit is not received within three (3) days of the order.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, or PayNow to Lifestorey Prestige’s corporate account. For cheque payments, please ensure that they are crossed and made out to Lifestorey Prestige.
